shoulders - before

For the first time since January 13, with the the exception of band work through PT, I trained shoulders today. The weight was nonexistent but I don't give a rip. Yesterday I was cleared to start with 5 lb Dumbbells and so I had 3 versions of lateral raises, then on cables I did internal and external rotations, plus two versions of straight arm pull downs. Only 3,400 lbs lifted total but I am soooo **** excited to be making progress. It was definitely a hi volume lift and slow reps but it felt great. I've lost a lot of ground but am finally in the process of rebuilding. Going to go slow and steady with the weights. Ego has been checked, and I'm not willing to risk another injury.
