happy sunday!

I firmly believe in balance. I am not a competitor, nor an athlete, not a model or anything that requires me to keep 100% on my nutrition. I am aware that you can socialize in so many more ways than gather around food, but I was a cultural foodways major! Food is my jam! The convivial experience is love. And I enjoy that I earn these food oriented social experiences. I'm still a little off from the cancer scare stress binging but **** if my legs don't look good, and I was able to increase my leg resistance each exercise by 10 lbs this past week! There's a victory in a fallback somewhere, so enjoy it! Just don't do what I did and wear a sweater on a sweltering day...
