After some barbell curl, dumbell curl, reverse curl,hammer curl and tricep close push up double Dumbbell arm extension, Dumbell punches , over head extension one hand push up.. All was divided into mix two programs- 3 set of 10 each non stop..and the female Rapper makes it possible, her music drives me through M.C LYTE.. Old school rapper is dope
