Top one was Jun 21st 2016 and the Bottom was Aug 1st 2016. When i first started i always said back was the worst because i didn't feel any thing when i lifted, I just thought i was never going to have a shredded back but Recently i starting really working on my back workout and focusing on the form and back muscles! Also i changed my mindset so i know i will get my goal accomplished, My point is when you think negative you will not do anything in life but be negative! Time to change that mindset and say you can do it. Positivity can change the whole concept of life. Make that a goal and change it!
