Terrible light but you get the idea.. :-) And here is the 40-min shoulders/arms workout I did powered by Labrada SuperCharge: Shoulders Giant-set: Standing Military Press 3 sets of 10-15 reps Dumbbell Upright Rows 3 sets of 10-15 reps Bent Over Laterals (pronated grip/palms facing back) 3 sets of 15 reps Lateral Raises 3 sets of 10-15 reps (Only 90 seconds of rest between giant-sets) Arms Giant-set: Reverse E-Z Curls 3 sets of 10-15 reps Parallel Bar Triceps Dips 3 sets of 20-25 reps Concentration Curls 3 sets of 10-15 reps Triceps Pushdowns with straight bar 3 sets of 10-15 reps Cable Curls 3 sets of 15-20 reps Triceps Pushdowns with v-bar 3 sets of 10-15 reps Alternating Dumbbell Curls 3 sets of 6-8 reps Reverse Triceps Kickbacks 3 sets of 10-12 reps (Only 90 seconds of rest between giant-sets) Take care and train hard!
