Some people assess progress by the shreds in their abs...for me I carry most of my weight in my legs. Always the last thing to come in(if they ever do at all) and the first thing to gain. Right now I'm not focused on cuts or lines. My legs are thicker like a snicker(maybe due to the odd snickers bar) but their strong and on days when I feel a little extra weight of the world on my shoulders they hold me up. I know what it takes to create the physique I've had to be on stage- the sacrifice, discipline, struggle, commitment. Right now that's the not the current phase of this journey. I'm enjoying the summer doing things that I forgot I loved doing...still lifting and fuelling my body with wholesome sources of food but not restricting myself from having the burger and all its fixins... Not so much balance as it is just using common sense... It's not always easy to NOT long for what isn't but don't forget what IS and IS is that you are so much more than your physique. #beyoutifulbeast #thickthighs #momswholift #lovetheskinyouarein
