To say the last couple weeks have been hard is an understatement. A lot of days I didn't get enough sleep and had to drag myself out of bed to work out. Some days I had a mental block against moving anything heavy because I was already facing so many challenges. I adjusted - went single leg, played with tempo, pulled out stuff I haven't done in a long time. As long as I'm consistent, I know I'll keep moving toward my goal. #neverquit #mynextlevel
