Ok! For those interested... Pic #1 (left)... First day back in the gym post vacay on no supplements... And not holding noticeable water... Pic #2 (center)... Couple days back on the suspect supplement (a creatine form using a creatine-py ruvate bonded molecule)... BLOATED as can be... Took a few days back on no supplements to debloat... Pic #3 (right) is today and my second day back on plain non-fancy creatine monohydrate (and today's abs look even better than yesterday, not worse). Bingo. My abs have always been hit or miss for a while... Largely I'm sure now because I didn't always remember to take creatine.. Which is probably when I looked better in the past :). Going to watch it another few days to make sure I don't suddenly bloat... But this is probably the less water logged that I have been in forever.
