Happy Flex Friday! I have a great message to share today with you all, if you take a moment of your time to read this... Most of you know I am dealing with a back problem that's caused my sciatic nerve to become pinched. I've had this problem of over 2 months, long time to be in pain. Met with my Chiropractor on Wednesday afternoon, and he said they got my report from base. After reviewing it and then meeting with me, he's requesting a MRI to be performed. He said that the kind of pain I'm having with my sciatica tells him I have a herniated L5 disk on top of a slipped L3. Then he proceeded to say that it was hard to say with Athletes and Dancers because they have such a high pain level. He said, "I have tested you and you haven't lost Strength, Flexibility and your still working out!" He then said, "I'm scared to touch you", then he said, "I have had patients in here with a faction of what we see with you and they are bed ridden." That got me to thinking about how important working out and healthy diet really does MATTER. I could be bed ridden, but I am NOT, I am up, working out, stretching, eating right and still working my business. If anyone doubts the importance of a healthy lifestyle, then you're just silly!
