I don't know how, but yesterday I hurt my right hip. I don't remember it hurting during my workout, but the rest of the day at work and afterward the pain increased. I used my Deep Blue rub and oil and did some hip stretching & yoga last night. The pain has subsided quite a bit, but it still feels tight. Thus, I am taking a recovery day today and will do some more hip stretching tonight and use my Deep Blue again ( which provides soothing benefits from sore, aching muscles and strains).
