This weekend I drank to much pre-workout and then decided to deadlift 275 for a few reps just because.....then I bicep curled a few chips from the dip bowl and washed them down with clam and a side of beer. This is how I LIV BIG and balanced and HAPPY.... I don't have abs but my core hurts from laughing unconditionally....I'm not shredded but I'm strong.....I'm not jacked but I am JILL and right now being real and balanced is what this current phase of MY LIFE is calling for.... Cheers to a STRONG week of crushing whatever current phase of YOUR life you are in.
