Happy weekend, fitfam!

Take joy in your accomplishments this weekend and don't sweat the things you didn't get a chance to work on. True, there aren't enough hours in a day, but your journey is an endless path marked by triumph at each stop. I redesigned my programs this morning--they'll be more challenging, which I dread, but overcoming the challenges will make me a better person :) Also--yesterday was an awesome day for me. I rarely smile with my teeth but I was super glowy and had to share the effect :)
