Fitness is all about persistence and consistency, so when you hit a goal.. Step aside and pat yourself on the back. Actually, go ahead and eat something that totally goes against your diet. Purchase something you want, whatever it may be. As long as you keep pushing! Picked up these seriously sick Nike Air Prestos the other day as a reward to myself for dropping below 12% body fat. I had been struggling with that aspect for a couple months and it's safe to say I've never been more motivated! Also, this was after a solid (and heavy) back day pump, it's always my favorite! PS, these shoes are equally comfortable as they are sexy :D
