2 1/2 months postpartum

This is me 2 1/2 months postpartum, baby is 11 weeks old and August will be 3 soon. C-section #1 healed nicely, this 2nd one I am noticing some pulling of the skin because of under lying scar tissue. I wanted to be truly be transparent with my body and the changes that happen during and after pregnancy. You'll notice a bit of cellulite and until recently I had some on my stomach too. I'm 121 lbs here which is only about 7 lbs away from where I was when I got pregnant. But my focus will not be on weight loss. It will be about sound nutrition and building muscle. That is not something you can just jump back into, both physically and realistically when taking care of my body and baby. So it will be a gradual progress of lighter weights and compound movements working out 3-4 times a week. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
