Just so you guys can get a glimpse at some of my regular diet, this is a kale salad I made and am currently eating :) I try to incorporate as many fruits and veggies as possible. For breakfast I had a whole grain bagel w/ some strawberry jam, a peach and a glass of chia seed gel that I made (chia seeds help you stay full for a long time, plus they have all 8 essential amino acids and a ton of omega-3's)... And this salad is Kale, carrots, tomato, red pepper, zucchini, celery, avocado, white onion and some chickenless-chicken (so good)
