Am I happy? Nah. Hormones at the worst possible time had me carrying a bucket of water today... Wasted day? No way! Got my feet wet in physique.. Decided to hang up my figure heels for good (this girl's heart is in physique now!)... And this is why I refuse to tie show results to how I feel about a prep.. Some things are simply out of our control... Take the lesson, take th experience and let it make you better!!
