This is a post I have been dreading, because I have felt like a failure. I went into the #stillinit challenge with a much more relaxed mindset after going hard for 12 weeks in the #250kchallenge I couldnt do it again, however "relaxed" is not a good thing for me and I slipped further and further back with each obstacle I faced. So I have no #After photos because they are honestly 4kg heavier than my #Before photos. I need to get my ?? together so bring on the #nextlevel challenge. I will be going hard with my routine from the #250kchallenge with 2 a days, daily weighins and weekly progress pics. I'll journal everything on #instagram and #bodyspace and I will be joining the challenge community a lot more. So while I have shed a few tears over this I realise I have come too far to let it all go. So who is going to join me and help me get back to the confident kickarse #strongmumma I was.
