Created another post workout meal inspired by the one I ate earlier this week. This time I took some leftover brown rice and heated it in a pan with some coconut oil with leftover broccoli and yellow squash. I added some coconut aminos and about 2c of fresh baby spinach and some jalapeño mustard & cayenne pepper. Then I fried 2 eggs over easy and let those yolks drop all over the rest!!! Yum!!
