I felt out of juice today after yesterday's insane leg workout with #coach but pull through my chest and back session. Started with wide grip cable pulldowns / close grip reverse cable pulldowns as my warm up to then go for trap bar DL hitting a new PR of 107kg for 10 reps ?? then my fave superset mix grip bar decline chest press / back rows followed by hammer incline chest press paired with hammer Iso front pulldown rows and the finisher back extensions / Kb unilateral rows. Some HIIT to release some lactic acid ?? have a wonderful date with the iron my fit friends ????
