According to this I need to lose between 15 - 25kg (33 - 55lbs) to be within the ideal weight range....what CRAP!!! No wonder women are obsessed with the scale when it is constantly pushed on them that they should be a certain weight. Yes I still have body fat to lose but that number on the scale does not define me and how I feel and look will always be my measurement of health. Skinny does not equal healthy and skinny is not my goal. Fit, strong and healthy is my ideal whatever kgs that looks like.
