Today did a fun painful take on the concept of the forced 40 routine: 40 reps of your 8 rep max on an exercise done w as little rest as possible between sets. Killer. I did them today as a superset of squats and ez-bar curls. Absolutely soaked by the end. Then added three supersets of prisoner jump squats and incline curls. I was done! Haha
