In 3 years I've added almost 30 pounds of muscle and still have maintained my running times of 6:30 miles and 70 second 1/4 miles. I've battled through back surgery and chronic back and hip problems, and torn shoulder ligaments since my high school and college football days. Getting to where I am now shows that if you get better every day, push yourself and surround yourself with supportive friends and family you can transform yourself. Go out and make yourself better than you were yesterday!
