I have always used quick carbs and protein post workout and this is a amazing tasting shake I make from them! 1-2 scoops chocolate whey Couple ice cubes 8oz water 1 Poptart Waldens farms Near Zero kcal chocolate syrup Waldens farms Near Zero kcal caramel syrup Optional you can put some cream on top (if it fits your macros) Give it go, pick up the syrups from Waldens farms and let me know what you think!
