Mix grip bar it's the best creation for us with shoulder issues. First exercise for the day was overhead mix grip bar shoulder presses superset with cable kneeling biceps curls ???? ?? the rest was all cable and dumbbell movements all triple sets nothing less. Nice burn and then a dry needle session to prevent further injuries #aintprettybutworthit #traininghard #focus what's for you today fitness addicts ?
