In order to improve your lifts and gains a Hip thrust game must be on point. As a result I find myself lifting with better form and getting stronger overall. Using a lot of resistant bands to combine most heavy lifts ????Today 15 was the target number to hit in every set. My finisher 10 sets of sprints 30 secs on 15 secs off. Quads and glutes are done literally. Happy training #fitfam ????
