Worked my @ss off literally ?? Second hamstring and glute day. Intensity was key 12 reps 5 supersets and 3 different group movements. Adding as well resistant bands for constant tension on the muscle worked. So far so good ??????. Have a nice weekend fitness addicts #maynextweekbeabetterone #keepliftingamdletthegainscome ????
