That's it! Watch the final workout video: bit.ly/12weekDay82 12 weeks of hard work are over but that doesn't mean I will stop improving my physique! I've made good progress but I'm not there yet and I will continue to fight for a better and leaner physique! For the past 12-weeks I've had 64 hard core workouts, completing Arnold Schwarzenegger's Blueprint To Cut and Kris Gethin's 4Weeks2Shred program. Where the rest of the days were active rest days with cardio. Totaling over 3.8 million pounds lifted and hundreds of hours spent in the gym, I've managed to loose around 26 pounds. I've also documented my workouts on YouTube, where you can see every workout I did, which is something truly amazing, that I've managed to do that! It's funny to see how my body progressed through those workouts, check it out! bit.ly/jvgatti12 Although, I haven't reached my dream goal, I still managed to do what I was saying in those 58 videos through this 12-week transformation on YouTube. That I will, for the first time in my life, see my abs.. and I certainly do now! It was a great ambition, which came true and I'm blessed. I will continue and I hope you reach your goals too!
