I took a day off from the workouts to celebrate my kids' first day of summer break w pancakes and fruit and sausage. (I'll make up for that tomorrow hahah). But I agree w @Scs1102 that sometimes we forget our journey when we see all the amazing journeys already taken here! So another reminder for me. In 2013 by this pic I was already down almost 50 pounds from my high of 235 and just starting my workouts in earnest, using decent form and my first preworkout supplements. Now I'm holding at about the same weight 185-190, but am reshaping little by little. Don't forget to savor the journey my friends! :)
