A bit of inspiration from before my ankle & pelvic breaks last year to keep me motivated to regain that form. Just signed the lease on a lovely new, low-maintenance townhouse today, it's half the distance to the city, which makes training at the martial arts school my youngest daughter got her black belt at become possible, and getting back to this level more do-able! Now just need to finish selling Dad's place ... fingers crossed!
