2nd place at the #FloridaGrandPrix
OVERALL RATING
I made improvements in my posing from my last show to this one but I still have a lot of room for improvement in this area. As a guy who has been doing bodybuilding poses for only about 7 weeks since I competed in my last men's physique show at the Arnold last March, I'm going against guys that have been doing this for decades (literally). It's an art that takes time to perfect and build endurance. I'm looking forward to improving in this aspect. The picture on the left was a few weeks ago in Miami and the one on the right is from this weekend. The average layman might not see a difference but if you look closely you'll see the better and hand and elbow position on the right, causing the biceps to pop more and the lats to pull out further. My feet and stance are also angled differently on the right, causing a better quad sweep and better "X" factor.
