My neck/ trap on my left side was tight all day prior to squatting. I spent quite a bit of time working on mobilizing it, but couldn't get it to release. I noticed I was losing position at the bottom of the squat as a result. I was able to complete everything I wanted in the squat rack, but I probably should have skipped squats today. Hopefully I can get the neck tightness figured out. Going in early tomorrow for extra mobility work.
