Double sessions almost didn't happen, but I forced myself! The morning cardio got done despite 4 potty breaks, the iPad dying, numerous phone calls and shoes untied twice....LOL! For strength tonight, it was #Chest and #Triceps and it was short, but effective. I have such a long way to go to get back to where I was, but muscle memory feels good at least lol!
