Shoulder is problematic. X-rays negative. Conservative treatment. Dr says to turn down the intensity for 7-10 days to heal up a bit. That and the cortisone shot should do wonders. Now, hopefully, I can get some painless sleep. Minor setback. Won't stop me. 6.5 weeks.
