TST

Since my powerlifting meet on April 24, I've had an issue with my forearm that's caused me to take it easy and now completely stop lifting upper body for the time being. After going to a specialist, I'm sad to say I've unluckily been diagnosed with a tendon sheath tumor in my wrist. It's not cancerous so no worries there. But if the inflammation is not down in 2 weeks, surgery will be required. Lord knows he can't keep me from the gym. Keeping my fingers crossed and staying optimistic. For now, Ima be getting some big *** legs and shred up the abs. NO LIMITS, NO EXCUSES!!
