Super tasty alternative to pasta....Tofu angel hair Shiritaki only 10 calories and 3 carbs. I've tried the Shiritaki noodles and there ok but these are so much better texture and they absorb what ever sauce you use much better. Sauté up with balsamic vinegar and Braggs liquid Amino's and they're perfect even cold.
