Whole body workout today and some HIIT as well. I found myself struggling so much when working on my biceps reason why I decided to give them hell with a giant set close grip pull ups followed by lying/kneeling/standing cable biceps curls a total of 160 reps performed in 4 sets minimal rest time. The rest of the session was heavy and fun ????. Have a fun weekend #fitfam ????
