Working 15 hour days leaves me little to no time for the gym...HOWEVER, that being said, I still make time. You've gotta want it bad! Not just to better your health but to better your life! Drive, motivation, inspiration, focus and discipline. These are all the things that living a healthy lifestyle brings to the table! That's why I always say...Get up and Get it in!!! Get after it fitfam!!!
