My goal here was to take in my waist and retain as much strength as possible. This week will be a deload week/ re feed week as I haven't taken a break in 10 weeks and feel pretty wrecked. I think it was a success. After this deload I will do a micro bulk, then assess my pains/ injuries, and return into a deficit or possibly remain in a bulking phase. Top priority is to fix my nagging injuries. Even though I want to get shredded, it's smarter to deal with these issues first. Hopefully this prolonged refeed along with prioritizing rehab will solve some of these injuries.
