Beef-Stuffed Cabbage Rolls! (Protein-Packed) Here's what I did... Ingredients: 93% Lean Ground Beef - 2 lbs. Chicken Broth - 6 cups 1/2 Onion (chopped) Broccoli/Carrot Slaw (chopped) Cabbage - Two Heads Salt - 1 teaspoon Chow Mein Asian Seasoning - 1/2 packet Egg - 2 Eggs Quest Protein Chips - 3 bags (crushed) Instructions: Boil cabbage to separate leaves. Chop onions, broccoli, and carrots. Mix beef, veggies, seasoning, and egg in a large bowl. Mold rolls of beef mixture, and place on a cabbage leaf. Fold envelope style. Place rolls in a pan. Pour in chicken broth. (Can use tomato juice too) Cover with tin foil, poke hole in center. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
