Amazing workout today....22 exercises, 83 sets, 21000kgs lifted. Its an ammended version of the #dymatizetransformed program full body workout. It hits every muscle group and includes both free weights and machines. I love the variety and I have grouped everything into supersets to cut my rest periods and keep my heart rate up. Definitely starting to notice more changes to my body. Cant wait to see where the next 8 weeks of the #stillinit challenge takes me.
