Forgot to post my workout yesterday! Week 2 of the StrongLift 5x5 Squat - 125 lb Overhead Press - 65 lb Deadlift - 160 lb Put on a decent amount of weight since the end of the #250kchallenge .. My goal now is a bit different but I'm #stillinit - need to pull my lats out and my chest, shoulder and arms bigger...
