Since it worked so well for me yesterday I'm doing it again. I need to stay on track, this journey is too important for me to fall back into old habits. 1. Drink 3 litres of water 2. Hit my 16 hour fast and eat clean during my 8 hour eating window 3. Start the "300 challenge" as a home workout on top of my 90 minutes in the gym (will post about that later) 4. Finish Part A of my Advanced Client Assessment assignment for my PT course I love hearing how you all stay accountable, share your ways here so it might help others.
