Find a process that works for YOU. Fitness is not just a cookie cutter way of life. We all are individuals with individual needs. Find a coach or person that you can answer to and base things off of results. It's amazing the people that cannot believe I have an 8 hour window of refeeding sugars and carbs back into my body every week. But every week I'm keep getting better and better....leaner and leaner. So listen and look at your body. They are the best indicators of your forward progression or plateauing. As always, keep beasting on!
