First day back...OMG...the @musclepharm #21daybizzydiet is brutal. Might not look like much 5 exercises x 4 sets...but the devil is in the details 20 minutes HIIT to start, 2 x supersets of 5 exercises x 20 reps each another 10 minutes HIIT before another 2 x supersets of 5 exercises x 20 reps...those 20 reps are a huge change from my usual sets of 10. It definitely a different workout routine and hoping to see good results. Happy to see my arms still hold some definition after 2 weeks off...I wish I could say the same for my carb bloated abs...
