Putting the plan in action!!

So time to put all my planning into action. Honestly I have had a week off from everything I had been doing, working out, eating well and I am so ready to get back into it and lose all this fluff that has crept back on this week. While I can't hit the gym till Wednesday everything else will be back on track. My plan looks like this. Workout - 90 minutes 6 days a week following the 21 day Bizzy Plan until the new @musclepharm and @Iamfitmiss plans are released Nutrition - 16:8 Intermittent Fasting with cleaning eating with non processed carbs Supplements - multivitamin, iron, vit c, bcaa's, caffeine when needed Water - 3 litres per day minimum Study - 2 hours at night So I'll be back annoying you all with my workouts and gym selfies again and I can't wait...BRING IT ON!!
