Sitting at 180lbs -down 23 lbs in just over a month. Coach is happy with progress and still 17 weeks to go!!! Game on! Today's shoulders and abs. Love my quad set I started with: 8 military press/10 standing db press/12 lateral raises/30 second static lateral hold with 7.5lbs. Rest. Repeat 3 to 4 sets.
