Every day this week while I am away from the gym I am researching, planning and preparing. Today was all about nutrition. I have been successfully 16:8 Intermittent Fasting during the #250kchallenge and I love how it feels but I have had doubts about lifting in a fasted state. The best part of @bodybuildingcom is we have this wonderful community on #Bodyspace that you can ask for advice from. I have learnt a great deal today and am going to continue with my current the fasting schedule and see how it works with my new workouts...I can always change it up later. Thanks to my #FitFam for all the great tips and resources.
