Learning from my Mistakes
OVERALL RATING
This transformation is not my first attempt at weight loss. I started 2015 200kchallenge but didn't make much progress. I spent the rest of the beginning of the year trying to hang on to what was left of my "skinny fat body" to keep myself from getting too over weight. I started 2015 at 140 lbs. I started 2016 at 150 lbs. I gained 10 lbs . I failed at maintaining my weight. This is how the weight gain sneaks up on you. Cookies and beer and sedentary behaviors catch up real quick. The body I had 2015 is NOT my idea of a fit and healthy body. What has made the last 12 weeks different? Dedication and trial and error. I made a conscious decision 4 years ago to be healthier. No, I didn't one day wake up and decided everything I was going to do was going to be different and better. That is not my story. I am like many, many people who try to get fit and fail over the course of my lifetime. These past 12 weeks I put the lost amount of effort into improving the aesthetics of my body than ever before. My biggest challenge now is to keep this going. To keep improving. I don't want to slip back and gain the weight. This is now my challenge and I win not lose...
