Goals Well I obviously want to keep the progress happening but more specifically 1. Improve my lower body strength since I struggled with residual pain and weakness from my paralysis my lower body is 6 weeks behind my upper body and I want to really work on this. I feel strong enough now to do so. 2. Run 5km - since my paralysis running isnt something I have been able to do, its hard, it hurts but I am going to get past that. In June I have committed to doing our local 5km fun run. 3. Size 10 - I have never worn a size 10 anything ever...so I would love to finish this challenge rocking a size 10 something. #stillinit @musclepharm @iamfitmiss
