Tomorrow I post FINAL 12-Week Transformation Challenge pictures! Although I have not been posting them, I have been taken pictures throughout the week just to see the impact, if any, of the diet and remaining workouts. I am happy with my progress. But, probably should have started the final cut 4 weeks instead of 3 weeks ago. So, I am about 3 weeks or so away from where I want to be, and will be keeping the diet clean in spite of the fact that I will be in a period of lighter workouts and active rest before starting my new 6-week workout cycle! I am contemplating starting it when the "Still In It" Challenge begins. I decided to share a back double biceps. The back is still getting more defined, but a LOOONG way to go! LOL!
